Laura Rodríguez Palafox leads the Transformation Office within Repsol’s Industrial area, under the Advanced Processes Directorate, with the objective of driving the Autonomous Plant roadmap. She holds a degree in Mining Engineering and has developed her career in both industrial plant operations and organization and people management at the Cartagena refinery. She currently leads the transformation toward new industrial operating models, integrating technology, safety, new processes, and organizational and role redesign.
